Yes, because your address has to be on the license certificate (invoice). With the license certificate you always have proof that you have acquired the rights of use.

When you place your first order, you can download the images immediately if you pay with PayPal, credit card or via direct debit. If you would like to pay conveniently by bank transfer, with your first purchase, you can only download images after receipt of payment for the first order by us. In spite of the term "free" the word "free" means not free here. Rather, it means that a license fee (royalty) is paid to the author for "free" use without subsequent fees for every further use. This is in contrast to "rights-managed", where a new royalty is paid to photographers for each further use and usage rights expire.

All all our videos & images are royalty-free. This means that after paying the one-time license fee, you can use the image or video as many times as you want. Please also note our End User Licence Agreement. This is important as like yourself the creator had costs when creating the media and is therefore motivated to create more media and has to make a living from his work.

Most types of use are covered by our standard license. This applies to a single legal entity (commercialist, corporation or partnership, private individual).

Extended rights of use only exist for the use of cross-company constructs (corporations with subsidiaries, franchsing, etc.) or for use on resale products and templates.

With direct purchase, you can immediately put royalty-free videos & images in to your shopping cart and buy them like in a classic online shop. Payment works with all classic payment methods, including bank transfer. As soon as we have received the amount, you can download the images. In the case of online payment you can download immediately.

On the other hand, if you need royalty-free videos and images more often, you can buy credits. The more credits you purchase, the lower the price per image is effectively. Credits are valid for life. In this respect, the purchase of larger packages is worthwhile.

Direct purchase:

As long as the invoice has not yet been paid and the image (or other content) has not yet been downloaded, the invoice can be canceled at any time. Upgrades are possible on request, even after download and payment.

Credits:

Credits can be canceled as long as the invoice has not been paid or credits have not been used. Unfortunately, as soon as the Invoice has been paid or credits have been used, a refund is no longer possible. However, credits never expires, so you always receive the equivalent value in license-free media. Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade a license. However, you can download the image again with the correct license.
